Better connected to Route 66 & the Big Apple flying United Airlines

United Airlines is back flying non-stop from Brisbane Airport to the US

Queenslanders and the team at Brisbane Airport jumped for joy when United Airlines announced they were kicking off their non-stop service to the US. Effortless travel to San Francisco, connecting travellers to Los Angeles, Miami and 200+ other cities aboard the jetlag-reducing 787-9 Dreamliner is more cause for celebration, too.

Long-standing partners, UA and BNE continue work seamlessly on the ground to ensure smooth passage for every traveller. Their collective mission is evident on the ground three times a week for all to witness but not just that, even their tag lines speak for themselves with United’s  ‘connecting people, uniting the world’ and BNE ‘We’re better connected’, these two are a match made in heaven.

The Brisbane Airport has special touches that match the ones Singapore Airlines bring

It’s probably no surprise that the crew at Brisbane Airport have a thing for Singapore Airlines. It’s not hard to find love for their award-winning service and flights connecting Queenslanders to more than 100 destinations. Singapore Airlines and Scoot actually currently operate to 113 destinations in 36 countries.

Like any great romance, it’s the little touches that go the distance in a relationship, right? Little touches like impeccably designed planes, comfort-focused in-flight extras, and the renowned Singapore Airlines’ attention to detail at every step of the journey, right from the Brisbane Airport terminal.

Virgin Australia bring on the wonderful out of BNE

When your mates say they are going to bring on the wonderful, you know it will bring on more wonderful for you, too. This is why Brisbane Airport is so amped to still be best buds with Virgin Australia, 20+ years on. Weathering the highs and lows together forms a special kind of bond, don’t you think?

Of course, Virgin Australia doesn’t just get Queenslanders to 25 destinations around Australia. With flights to Bali, Fiji, and Queenstown, the wonderful extends beyond our backyard. Who doesn’t love catching up over at the neighbours’ place?

Passengers enjoy Air New Zealand’s consistent focus on innovating their flight experiences

Getting direct access to Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington is already a win for Queenslanders but add that it’s with Air New Zealand, and it’s met with cries of joy. This is thanks to Air New Zealand’s lead-from-the-front innovation that not only improves the quality of any flight, particularly when heading onwards to international destinations but also improves the pleasure of flying, too.

Open-hearted Kiwi hospitality from the gate to the lounge, to onboard is a staple of any Air New Zealand flight staff and crew. It’s a feature that aligns so perfectly with Brisbane Airport’s ethos. When you place people first – be it your customers, staff, or partners – magic falls into place!

As Steve Mareroa, Air New Zealand’s Brisbane Airport Operations Manager says, it’s all about “the people, the people, the people“.

No matter where your clients want to go, Brisbane Airport can help connect them with the people and destinations they love, and their passion of experiencing something new.

Brisbane Airport appreciates and admires all you do to support them and their lovely airline partners.

In the words of Ryan Both, Executive General Manager of Aviation at Brisbane Airport Corporation, “We are so grateful to the travel trade for all of the support they give to us and our airline partners. It takes a team effort across the industry to deliver a great experience to passengers and connect to the world.”

As a demonstration of Brisbane Airport’s appreciation for travel agents, they are very excited to announce they will be bringing back the Show n Go events. Keep an eye out for more details soon – it could be you on the next flight out of Brisbane!
