Emirates is bringing an elevated loungewear look to the inflight experience with a complimentary set of super-soft athleisure-style separates for its Business Class clientele.

From 1 February 2024, upon boarding, Emirates Business Class passengers will receive the free ‘inflight fit’ consisting of a cowl-neck top and drawstring pants, slippers and an eye mask – all in a coordinating light-blue hue and available in two sizes.

The airline has opted for an eco-friendly and breathable modal material – made from beech tree cellulose – with a stretchy and comfortable feel that’s designed for long-haul air travel.

On flights of nine hours or more, Business Class guests will receive the full set while on flights of 2.5 hours, customers will receive complimentary slippers and eye mask sets.

Emirates touts the luxurious loungewear as the ideal bed-to-bar-to-arrival attire – perfect for sleeping in and also suitable to wear for a social drink at the A380 onboard lounge and as a casual outfit that takes you from aircraft to arrivals in style.

The multimillion-dollar Business Class loungewear investment has been in development for more than a year and designed in-house to be best-in-class for comfort, style and reusability.

During the trial period on routes to and from New York and Boston, passengers shared highly positive feedback on the loungewear with sets taken home to be worn again.
