Eight LCCs – Cebu Pacific, Jeju Air, Nok Air, NokScoot, Scoot, Tigerair Singapore, Tigerair Australia and Vanilla Air – are involved in the first Pan-Regional group, making it the world’s largest LCC alliance.

Together, they’ll cover a third of the world with more than 160 destinations in their joint portfolio.

What the alliance actually looks like.

While Superman fights for justice, The Value Alliance is aiming to provide greater value, connectivity and choice for travel throughout Southeast Asia, North Asia and Australia.

Using new technology, travellers will be able to view, select and book the best-available airfares on flights from any of the airlines in a single transaction, directly from each partner website.

Tech will also allow guests to view the full suite of ancillary choices available through LCCs such as seat and meal selection, variable baggage allowances and other inflight features.

Tigerair Australia CEO Rob Sharp said that the partnership is a win-win for every Value Alliance airline and will deliver significant benefits for Tigerair Australia customers.
