One of the world’s newest cruise lines is getting on the good side of Travel Advisors around the world by ensuring that they receive all the commission they deserve, access to discounts & then some.
At only five-years-old, Celestyal Cruises has a sense of maturity about the way it does business, particularly with a strict directive of ensuring all trade partners are well cared for.
For example, Leslie Peden, Celestyal Cruises Chief Commercial Officer, told KARRYON that the cruise line has a generous commission in place for consultants who book their clients, which he believes to be above industry standard.
Additionally, the Cyprus-based business offers Travel Advisors a 60 percent discount to test out their cruises before recommending them to their clients.
Consultants who take advantage of the discount offer can bring a plus one (so as long they’re sharing a room) and they won’t need to worry about forking out extra money because the cruise line is ALL-INCLUSIVE.
Peden said Celestyal Cruises’ all-inclusive offering covers EVERYTHING from drinks, alcohol (which can be consumed at any time of the day), three-to-four shore excursions, food and gratuity. It also provides guests with a Whisper Ear Piece, which allows them to explore a destination solo but with an expert guiding them in their ear.
Other highlights of cruising with Celestyal Cruises is that it’s one of the few cruise lines to feature overnight stays on the Greek Islands, allowing tourists to get the full day and night experience of each destination.
Beyond that, the line’s two-ship fleet can fit 800-1,700 people each and host guests from all around the world, including North America (which is currently the largest market), Spain, Latin America and more.
