10. Flight attendant to sue Aer Lingus over rough landing

aer-lingus

Aer Lingus flight attendant, Cassandra Reddin, is suing the Irish carrier over a rough landing on a flight from Malaga to Dublin in November 2009. Reddin is claiming to have suffered back and neck injuries as a result of the heavy landing.

According to the 33-year-old, the flight slammed down so hard on landing that she thought she was going to die. She added that the landing caused passengers to start screaming and alcohol in overhead compartments baggage to smash and leak throughout the cabin.

She is suing the airline for her injuries, claiming that the plane descended too fast. Aer Lingus has denied all the claims.
