It’s been a good 18 months of change over Helloworld with the travel group undergoing a major merger, buying out four cruise businesses and partnering with new companies.
Now, the company has confirmed a new name for its corporate arm of the agency network, which shall now be known as ‘Helloworld Business Travel’ or HWBT for short.
Head of Associate, Corporate and Affiliate Networks David Padman said the name change comes after consultation with the company’s business council.
“Through this and our recent changes in the other networks, we are now more aligned within the industry and this alignment brings with it the strength of the wider Helloworld Travel group for all Helloworld Business Travel members.”

The corporate arm’s logo has been updated accordingly and is also in-line with the updated suite of logos at the company.
The travel group’s corporate arm was awarded the Best Non Branded Travel Agency Group at the AFTA NTIA Awards in 2016.
The travel group is also the Official Travel Partner of the Carlton Football Club and is the naming rights partner of Carlton IN Business.
