Insider Journeys has confirmed a replacement for its Founder and Managing Director, Paul Hole.
Paul founded the tour operator alongside Mark Bowyer back in 1993, when the pair lead their first tour in Vietnam with a group of friends under the name ‘Travel Indochina’.
Since, he’s overseen the business’ growth from nine dedicated small tours in Vietnam to the many tours currently on offer across Southeast Asia and China.
Paul also saw the company through last year’s major rebrand, which involved converting every aspect of the business to Insider Journeys.
Taking over Paul’s role as Managing Director at the end of the month will be Tony Mayell, the former head of Tourism NT.
He officially joins the company today and brings around 35 years of industry experience.

Tony will be replacing Insider Journeys’ founder, Paul Hole, who is finishing at the end of September.
