WOW: Disney has released a drone view of Star Wars land as it's being built.

Disney has just given fans an bird's-eye sneak peek of the new Star Wars: Galaxy Edge park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. And, WOW, what a spectacle it is!

Disney has just given fans an bird’s-eye sneak peek of the new Star Wars: Galaxy Edge park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. And, WOW, what a spectacle it is!

The flyover video taken with a drone, takes viewers on a tour over the ENORMOUS construction site of the park as it’s being built.

While it’s far from finished (the two new Star Wars-themed lands coming to Anaheim and Florida won’t open until 2019) the new footage gives those playing at home an exciting perspective of just how huge it will be.

Disney says Star Wars land is “one of the most detailed and immersive lands ever created in Disney Parks history.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will take visitors to Batuu, remote ‘galaxy far, far away’, and home to those who prefer to stay out of the mainstream.

Once visitors enter the attraction, they’ll find themselves in the planet of Batuu, a removed section of Galaxy’s Edge that’s home to smugglers, traders, and adventurers embarking into space.

The park will be divided into two different sections, one of which will be devoted to the First Order, and the other to the Resistance.

There will also be a marketplace filled with food, merchandise and character appearances.

Along with the themed lands, Disney is also planning Star Wars-themed hotel connected directly to the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in California.
