TTC Tour Brands has confirmed 100 per cent definite departures across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver for tours departing through to 30 September 2026.
The Travel Corporation (TTC) has guaranteed that every Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver tour departing from now until the end of September 2026 will run, removing the risk of cancellation through the peak travel window.
The 100 per cent definite departures pledge applies across the three brands, meaning travel advisors can confirm a client’s tour will go ahead the moment it is booked, whether that is a last-minute getaway or a September departure planned in advance.
The guarantee comes as Trafalgar continues to broaden its offering, recently launching luxury river cruising in Europe, and adding a trade incentive until 31 July 2026 for river cruise bookings.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee runs across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver tours departing between now and 30 September 2026, confirming the tour will operate regardless of minimum numbers reached.
Alongside the departures guarantee, TTC Tour Brands is offering free Gold Seal Protection on 2026 departures booked by 31 August 2026, adding a layer of booking flexibility on top of the certainty the guarantee provides.

Advisors can access selling tools and book through the Travel Agent Portal (TAP) with TTC’s unified sales, reservations and marketing team support via a 24/7 contact centre.
