Aman’s second property in the United Arab Emirates, Janu Dubai, will open in 2027 in the heart of the financial district.
Janu Dubai will have 150 rooms, several restaurants and bars, a private members club, event spaces and an extensive wellness and fitness centre.
It follows the opening of Aman Dubai on Jumeriah Beach in March.

Aman says its newest property will have “sweeping views across the skyline towards the Burj Khalifa on one side and garden views on the other”.
Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Herzog & de Meuron has been appointed to design the project and says it has plans to “embrace a connection to nature through expansive outdoor terraces and balconies with abundant planting and gardens”.
Janu is a new brand for Aman, with its first property opening in Tokyo in March.

Aman Chair and CEO Vlad Doronin says, “Following the successful opening of Janu Tokyo, the announcement of Janu Dubai marks my continued commitment to solidifying Janu’s robust pipeline and advancing our strategic vision for the future of luxury hospitality”.
Founder of development company H&H who will lead the project, Shahab Lutfi says, “This exceptional property is set to provide residents and visitors alike with an outstanding level of service and amenities, offering transformative experiences and adding a standout development.”
The hotel group’s commitment to the Middle East region includes properties confirmed in AlUla, Wadi Safar and Diriyah Gate.
