Located in the city centre, this design and art-driven hotel features 188 rooms and suites that offer views of Dubai’s skyline, marina and Jumeirah Beach and beyond. Spanning its 10 floors of Uptown Tower is the accommodations, a spa, pool, and several dining options.
The hotel is located within a three to four-kilometre radius of some of Dubai’s main leisure attractions such as the Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR), Palm Jumeirah and the Blue Waters Island (home to the world’s largest ferris wheel, the 250-metre tall Ain Dubai).
One&Only One Za’abeel

Billed as the world’s first ultra-luxury vertical urban resort, One&Only One Za’abeel is located in the exclusive Za’abeel neighbourhood, within walking distance of Dubai World Trade Centre, and just 10 minutes from DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai International Airport.
Poised between One Za’abeel’s dual towers is The Link — the world’s longest cantilever that will be home to 12 restaurants and six Michelin-rated chefs. The 229-key property, set to be one of the best new luxury hotels in Dubai, is home to a rooftop infinity pool. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
Set to open in Q4, 2023
An ultra-luxury property by the Jumeirah Group overlooking the Arabian Sea, this hotel will feature 387 rooms and suites, four penthouses, 82 luxury hotel apartment residences and an 82-berth superyacht marina. Guests will have the choice of 10 restaurants and bars that have all been designed by globally renowned restaurant designers.
Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat
Set to open in Q4, 2023
Located half-way between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this Greek-inspired property, by Minor Hotels Group, features 22 rooms and suites, a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf, an indoor cinema, a spa and fitness centre, and two dining outlets.
The resort can be reached by either a 25-minute drive from Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport, or a 35-minute drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The property is available for an exclusive buy-out.
The Lana Dubai, Dorchester Collection
Set to open in February, 2024
Marking The Dorchester Collection’s first hotel in the Middle East, the 30-storey The Lana is located in the heart of Dubai, overlooking the Business Bay area and the waters of the Dubai Canal. The hotel will offer a selection of world-class dining experiences, a spa and a rooftop pool on level 30.
The 225-key hotel is comprised of 99 rooms, divided into ‘Design, Dunes and Marina’ categories; and 126 suites — the largest of which is the The Lana Royal Suite at 357-square-metres.
Ciel Tower
Set to open in Q1, 2024
Reaching skywards to a remarkable 365 metres high, Ciel Towers, located in Dubai Marina, is set to become the world’s tallest hotel upon completion and one of the best new luxury hotels in Dubai. Making the most of its uninterrupted views, Ciel in Dubai will include a helipad and an observation deck that offers panoramic vistas across the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
It will feature 1042 luxury suites across its 82 storeys, and a 300-metre tall interior atrium that will include vertically stacked landscaped and naturally ventilated terraces.
Kempinski Floating Palace
Set to open in 2025
The world’s first floating sea palace resort is coming to Dubai, floating on the Arabian Gulf. Kempinski Floating Palace will be centred around an enormous glass pyramid structure.
The 200-key hotel will be divided between rooms, 12 luxury villas and 12 glass boat houses located on the water off Jumeirah Beach Road — only accessible by boat, yacht or helicopter. The complex will also contain premium restaurants, boutique shops and a spa.
