Luxury tour operator Constellation Journeys scales up and signs new partnerships

Luxury Australian-owned touring company Constellation Journeys has scaled up its operations, releasing a range of bespoke journeys to deliver on strong demand for exclusive group touring through 2024-2025.

Luxury Australian-owned touring company Constellation Journeys has scaled up its operations, releasing a range of bespoke journeys to deliver on strong demand for exclusive group touring through 2024-2025.

Constellation Journeys  has expanded its cruise itineraries with new partnerships with Emerald Cruises for the Mediterranean. It has also extended its partnership with Silversea, offering Arctic cruising on Silver Wind, and Eastern Canada and New England on Silver Shadow.

Launched in 2017, the company designs its all-inclusive journeys with adventurous travellers in mind who seek escorted luxury touring — by privately chartered aircraft, luxury train or cruise vessel.

“We are thrilled with the response to our style of journeying and have increased our inventory accordingly to meet extraordinary early demand,” said Dan Kotzmann Constellation Journeys Founder and Managing Director.

“The challenge for our industry in recent years has been a trend across the industry of very late bookings, as consumer confidence slowly recovered. However we are now seeing a very clear reversal of that pattern. Our guests are booking with certainty, two or more years in advance,” he said.

“We’re excited to have also exclusively chartered the all-suite Emerald Sakara which was launched in August 2023, to take our guests to discover Islands of the Mediterranean. She is luxurious, built in the style of a super yacht, yet still small enough to dock in the heart of many gorgeous European locations.

“We are also delighted to continue our relationship with Silversea Cruises during 2024. We will have guests joining Silver Wind, a small, ultra-luxury expedition ship, to explore the Arctic region in June next year and Constellation Journeys guests will also join Silver Shadow to discover Canada and New England in August, ”he said.

2024 itineraries for Constellation Journeys include the Arctic, taking in Oslo, Reykjavik and an expedition aboard Silver Wind in June; Eastern Canada and a New England cruise in August; and India aboard a privately chartered jet in November.

In 2025, the company will offer a tour in March though Africa that involves a three-night luxury journey on board Rovos Rail; and the Islands of the Mediterranean in May, with an exclusive charter of Emerald Cruises’ brand-new Emerald Sakara for a 15-day journey.
