Following the opening of the world’s first SIRO in Dubai, and the soon-to-open property in Montenegro, Kerzner has announced two more wellness-focused hotels in Los Cabos and Riyadh.
Kerzner’s CEO, Philippe Zuber says the brand is “setting a new standard for those seeking comprehensive fitness and recovery solutions.”
And the new properties are a direct response to “the societal shift in attitudes towards sports and wellness”.
“In February 2024, we started welcoming our first guests to SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The response has been phenomenal and provides a fantastic foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to grow the pipeline of new SIRO properties around the world.”
The wellness concept focuses on five “biohacking pillars”: nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness.

A revolution in wellness hotels
SIRO Palmilla in Los Cabos on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula will be part of a new masterplan development at Palmilla Reserve when it opens in 2027.
It will have 120 rooms, and a cluster of branded residences, of which 14 will be standalone villas. The property will be located near another Kerzner property, One&Only Palmilla, which overlooks the Palmilla Golf Club.
SIRO Olaya Riyadh is Kerzner’s first property in Saudi Arabia and is in Olaya’s business and residential district. Set to open in 2028, it has 200 guestrooms and is just a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, so guests can start their holiday almost as soon as they arrive.
SIRO Dubai, now taking bookings, is Dubai’s first fitness and recovery hotel. Guests can expect to take advantage of extensive fitness and recovery ‘labs’.
The fitness lab offers up to 50 weekly classes – including pilates, HIIT, cycling, and specialised workouts designed by pro athletes, while the recovery lab offers cutting-edge therapies like percussive therapy and myofascial cupping.
