Travel advisors who complete the seven-module MSC Masters e-training program will improve their knowledge of MSC Cruises’ new ship, MSC World Europa.
Setting sail this month, MSC Cruises’ flagship MSC World Europa is the line’s first LNG-propelled new cruise ship with state-of-the-art design, including the newest water recycling technology.
She will feature next-level entertainment options, including three concert-style shows in the multipurpose Luna Park Arena, five full-scale theatre productions in the World Theatre, four themed experiences in the Panorama Lounge and pop-up live exhibits throughout the ship.
As part of the program, advisors will also receive training on pricing models, MSC Yacht Club, pre-paid packages and MSC Voyager Club and take state-of-the-art 360 virtual ship tours.
Other MSC Masters benefits include priority invitations to onboard events when ships are in Australia and New Zealand, priority for famils, exclusive promotions, a minimum 20 per cent discount on leisure travel and a graduation kit.
Each module is designed to take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, covering key information that advisors can share with their clients for all the reasons to book an MSC Cruise.
At the end of training, there’s a final exam and then advisors will receive their MSC Masters diploma.
