Insourcing specialist, Resource, is hosting another of its renowned catch-ups [Heck, let’s call it what it is—a long, boozy Christmas lunch] for travel industry strays.
In regular times—remember them?—these were planned by Resource’s popular founder, Maxine Wiggs, as a way for sole traders and work-from-homers to break out of the home office, and mix and mingle with real, human travel industry colleagues.
Kind of like the ‘office Christmas party’ for those without an office nor any risk of kissing a colleague.
This year, well, that’s pretty much everyone.
“It’s time to get together for some long-overdue cheer, and Christmas cheer is the best cheer of all,” says Maxine sagely.
“In light of how crap 2020 has been, I know there are more strays out there than normal. You are not alone. Everyone’s welcome. Please join us!”

Resource’s Strays Christmas Carousing is all set for Wednesday 02 December from 1.30pm at The Paragon Hotel in Circular Quay, Sydney.
TICKETS ARE FREE and now restrictions have been eased, the number of tickets has been increased. This also means the event comes with improved (but still responsible) mingling!

“It never costs anything to come to one of our events. Your ticket is free, you just need to swan around in our secluded area, order lunch off the bar menu, and get your best 2020 socially-distant- mingle on,” says Maxine.
