TravelManagers has revealed a stellar start to 2024 with total sales growth of seven per cent for January to March 2024 compared to the previous record set in the same quarter last year, surpassing its own ambitious targets by 19 per cent.

TravelManagers Executive General Manager Michael Gazal, who is part of the Karryon Luxury Advisory Board, said thriving cruise, luxury and UK and European markets have helped deliver these impressive first-quarter sales.

The UK and Europe accounted for more than 40 per cent of the home-based agent network of personal travel managers (PTMs) total sales in Q1.

“What’s even more pleasing is that we have also seen growth in our total number of bookings and the average value per booking,” Mr Gazal said.

The company is also seeing high demand for Asia and domestic travel, particularly in the high-value luxury and cruise sectors.

“Our first-quarter results are testament to the dedication of our network of PTMs, the resilience of our business model and the trust placed in us by our valued clients,” Mr Gazal said.

“It’s always good to start a new year on a high note and we are looking forward to continuing this momentum throughout the remainder of 2024.”
