Celebrity Chef, Gordon Ramsay is taking his knives, plates and recipes to Dubai, with plans to open a new restaurant in Atlantis, The Palm.

Set to open later this year, Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen will join the 23 diverse selection of restaurants and bars already open at the property.

Atlantis’ Bread Street Kitchen will follow in the steps of its highly successful London counterpart, to offer restaurant and bar space while serving up a high quality dining experience.

Featuring a British European menu, it’s likely the Dubai venue will serve similar dishes to those at its sister restaurant in St Paul’s London.

These include items such as the ‘Baked spinach, ricotta and artichoke cannelloni’ and the ‘Pork and fennel sausages, braised castelluccio lentils, spring greens and borlotti beans.

Describing the team at Atlantis as ‘ideal partners’, Ramsay said they’ll be working closely together to deliver an experience of the highest standards.

Atlantis, The Palm’s MD concurred, saying it will make a ‘fantastic addition’ to the resort.

“Offering a casual, European dining experience to complement our roster of existing outlets. Working with the Gordon Ramsay Group to bring his restaurant to Dubai is only the beginning of an incredible partnership.”

Serge Zaalof, Atlantis, The Palm President and Managing Director

Bread Street Kitchen at Atlantis will be Ramsay’s fourth outpost, following locations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

It offers an informal and accessible eating and drinking destination and is open daily from day through night.

It will join around 23 other restaurants and bars at Atlantis, including outposts from celebrity Chef Nobu and Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli.
