The event drew big names like Norwegian Cruise Line, Holland America, G Adventures and GO Insurance, along with group CEO Steve Labroski, National Business Development Manager Jo Howard and other key figures from the travel agency group’s head office.

Kelly says she is looking forward to operating a bricks-and-mortar store following a period of mobile and home-based work.

“After the fallout from the pandemic and operating from home for almost two years as a mobile agent with itravel, I am thrilled and excited to have opened a retail store again,” she remarked.

“I think now is an opportune time to be in the industry with travel on everyone’s minds and the future feels positive.”

Labroski called the new store “an exciting addition” to the growing list of fully branded franchise stores.
