The UK’s first Park Hyatt is undoubtedly in one of the most exclusive riverside addresses in London. The 203-room hotel sits next to the River Thames and is moments from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, Battersea Park, Sloane Square, and Kings Road. Inside are works by 20 world-renowned artists and if you choose the Presidential Suite, you’ll have a bird’s-eye view of the city while you soak in the bathtub.
Raffles Sentosa Singapore

An ‘island in the city’ Raffles Sentosa Singapore has 62 private pool villas surrounded by tropical gardens with views over the South China Sea. Tropical luxury doesn’t get much better than Anantara Ubud Bali Resort (also featured on the main image). Sitting in the traditional hillside village of Payangan, rooms and suites have taken design cues from the region. Choose from 85 rooms and one and two-bedroom pool villas, with private plunge pools. This 134-room and suite hotel, Rosewood’s first property in the Netherlands, is housed in the former Palace of Justice overlooking the Prinsengracht (the Prince’s Canal), one of the city’s most beautiful waterways. Spend days exploring the museum district, high-end shopping on P.C. Hooftstraat and the hip De Pijp neighbourhood. Back at the hotel, choose from three restaurants, or simply grab a drink from the bar and soak up the pretty canals.
The Vineta Hotel, Palm Beach, Florida, US

Oetker Collection is taking its famed European hospitality to the US for the first time with the launch of The Vineta Hotel. Located in the heart of Palm Beach, just two blocks off Worth Avenue, renowned for its designer boutiques, art galleries, and myriad of restaurants – the distinct pale-pink property has been completely restored to its original century-old splendour. Inside expect multiple eateries, including a new Mediterranean poolside restaurant, an intimate courtyard, and the revival of the Leopard Lounge, a popular Palm Beach night spot for celebrities and locals.
Rocco Forte Milan, Italy

There’s no mistaking you’re in Italy at Rocco Forte House Milan. Eleven private apartments are housed in a 19th-century Milanese palazzo on Via Manzoni, in the heart of Milan’s most fashionable neighbourhood. The design pays homage to the building’s history with original stuccos and frescoed ceilings with a good dose of modern luxury. Each apartment has sprawling living areas with a dining room and kitchen. Like a Milanese home, there’s also a traditional courtyard, and in 2025 the rooftop will be the place to be for stunning views of the city.

On a prized stretch of Santa Monica beachfront, the rebranded and remodelled Regent Santa Monica Beach is the epitome of its California address. Expect a state-of-the-art spa and wellness retreat in collaboration with Guerlain, and a restaurant created in partnership with acclaimed celebrity chef, Michael Mina. Six Senses Amaala, Saudi Arabia

Part of the Amaala development in northwest Saudi Arabia, there’s no shortage of room choice here with 64 rooms, six suites and 30 villas. Located on “one of the most dramatic landforms along Amaala’s Triple Bay area”, the property has panoramic views across the Hijaz Cove to the Red Sea. Spend days having spa treatments or heighten the senses with flavours of the region at the coffee roastery, bakery and tea house.

The iconic Los Monteros hotel on southern Spain’s Costa del Sol has been given a new lease of life as Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella following a two-year renovation. The hotel now has 178 rooms and suites, four restaurants and bars, two swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts and spa. Savour dishes crafted by the renowned Chef, Dani García while relaxing in a space designed by Dolce & Gabbana and then spend your days lazing on the beach on private sunbeds.

Andaz means “personal style” in Hindi and the first Andaz Doha hotel in Qatar has it in spades. Located in the West Bay area, rooms have stunning sea views and feature traditional Sadu weavings, but the dining is also a star in this show. Choose from The Salt Road, which champions South African culinary techniques; Mr. & Mrs. Hawker incorporating flavours from the renowned Singaporean Hawker; and Mumble Jumble, a world of jazz, and Afro-Cuban-inspired cocktails.

Melbourne Place, Melbourne city

The much-anticipated Melbourne Place in the heart of Melbourne city already has foodies salivating. Sydney restaurateurs Ross and Sunny Lusted are opening two venues, while Young Chef of the Year, Nick Deligiannis is heading the rooftop restaurant, Mid Air. The independent 14-storey, 191-room luxury hotel has also secured renowned former Jackalope Hotels Group General Manager, Tracy Atherton, as its Executive General Manager.
