Setting the stage (and table): Star of the Seas spotlights new show & dining delights

Royal Caribbean has revealed the star-studded dining and entertainment lineup for Star of the Seas’ upcoming debut in August 2025 with five signature shows and more than 40 ways to wine and dine on board.

Royal Caribbean has revealed the star-studded dining and entertainment lineup for Star of the Seas’ upcoming debut in August 2025 with five signature shows and more than 40 ways to wine and dine on board.

RCI’s newest ship will feature five blockbuster shows across stage, air, water and ice, including Back to the Future: The Musical, the all-new Create family-friendly production and Pirates & Mermaids show in the AquaTheater.

The Icon Class ship will also debut the world’s largest orchestra at sea, state-of-the-art tech and daring stunts from aerialists, high divers and more in Torque and SOL, featuring RCI’s largest-ever ice-skating cast at Absolute Zero.

In addition, Star of the Seas will offer more than 40 spots to dine and drink, including 20 bars and nightlife spots.

New on board is the Lincoln Park Supper Club – a multi-course degustation inspired by 1930s Chicago, alongside Windjammer, offering the biggest buffet in the RCI fleet.

There’s also the Surfside Eatery, Basecamp, Chops Grille, Izumi Hibachi & Sushi and private dining at Celebration Table.

For late-night revelry, cruisers can get among adults-only comedy at The Attic, karaoke, Casino Royale, Dueling Pianos, Bubbles champagne bar, the New Orleans-inspired Lou’s and coffee-infused cocktails at Rye & Bean.
